Progressive strength training program for adults aged 50+ years

Bayfit follows the guidelines of the LLLS™ (Living Longer Living Longer) progressive strength training program for adults aged 50+ years. This program is endorsed by Council of the Ageing (COTA).

Bayfit delivers a range of activities to meet the needs of older adults including individualised strength training programs designed to meet client goals and health concerns. Programs are prepared by a fitness trainer skilled in working with older adults and ensure that strength, flexibility, balance and coordination are regularly practiced.

Group fitness classes for older adults include:

Strength Training
Indoor Cycling
Circuit Training
Pilates Stretching
Social activities
A strong social calendar providing LLLS participants opportunities such as weekly walks, occasional lunches at local venues, outdoor cycling, after class coffee get together plus lots more!

Teen Gym

Monday to Friday: 3:30pm to 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am to 11:00am
Ages: 12 to 16 years only

Monday and Wednesday: 4:00pm to 5:00pm classes are run by a trainer. Please see reception for an enrollment form.
