Power AQUA

Power AQUA an intense workout that uses the resistance of water to burn calories while reducing body fat, increasing strength, flexibility and lean muscle. Using the water as resistance increases power and strength to improve everyday functions.

Cardio AQUA

Grit Strength is a 30 minute high intensity interval training workout that takes you in to overdrive to go hard, push harder and get you fitter, super fast.
