Vicki has been involved in fitness all of her life with well over 16 years in the industry.  She is committed to continually making changes in people’s lives, by working together through the journey in transforming to a happier more confident, stronger and healthier version of themselves.

Vicki’s own transformation is what further more inspired me with more determination and passion to reach the next level, competing in multiple physique competitions taking out Miss Physique in 2006.

Josh Murphy

 

Josh has always had a passion for health and fitness, taking up sports at an early age, lead him to soccer trials in England as a 16 year old for historic English club Preston North End. He has always been fascinated in how the human body works in relation to body composition and aesthetic goals and has now spent 7 years acquiring knowledge about how to live a healthier lifestyle.

Josh loves strength and conditioning based training as well as training around and correcting any postural imbalances or injuries that clients display. His nutritional approach to Fat Loss and Muscle Gain is a simple and sustainable process. He loves working with clients who are willing to commit and give it their all, in and most importantly outside of the gym environment.

He continues to grow his business, Action Fitness & Nutrition, and hopes to expand and develop more trainers to help even more people achieve their dream body and composition goals.

Rhiannon Healy

Rhiannon has 4 years of industry experience and is currently finishing her Bachelor of Exercise Science at Victoria University. Passionate about her own health and fitness, Rhiannon has learnt the importance of nutrition, exercise, hormones and mindset for achieving and sustaining personal goals. She has continued to study beyond the gym, becoming a certified nutritional coach, hormone and mindset specialist, as well as a Les Mills and Pilates instructor.

Rhiannon specialises in reverse dieting, athletic performance, body composition and longevity. With a fresh approach to nutrition and training, she is passionate about finding the perfect life, work, and health mix. ‘
