So how does it work?

The program requires the applicants to successful move through each of the following steps to be considered for a role as a Pool Lifeguard:

1. Submit an application.
2. Attend an in-person group interview and information session.
3. Be selected to participate in the program.
4. Attend the Pool Lifeguard course.
